Shipping Policy

1. We ship within 7–15 business days after payment is confirmed on Shopify.
2. Standard delivery time to US/Canada: 10–15working days; EU/Mexico: 20–30 working days.
3. Shipping fee is calculated automatically at checkout based on weight & destination country. Free shipping rules apply to orders over the threshold shown on site.
4. Two delivery modes:
   • DDP Tax Included: Tariff covered by us, no extra fee on delivery (confirm with WhatsApp agent first)
   • DDU Tax Unpaid: Customer pays local import tax to courier upon receiving goods
5. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs inspection or local logistics.
