Returns & Refund Policy

  1. All orders are confirmed via WhatsApp & Shopify official platform, we only accept returns for damaged goods upon arrival.
  2. Customers must provide clear photos/videos of broken items within 48 hours after receiving the parcel.
  3. Customized decor items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  4. Return shipping cost will be covered by us only if the product has factory defects; customer bears return freight for personal dislike/wrong size order.
  5. Refund will be processed via original Shopify payment channel within 7 working days after we receive the returned goods.
  6. We do not support refusal of parcel due to import tariff disputes, please confirm tax terms with our WhatsApp agent before payment.
